Last Official Practice of Spring 2010

[ April 29, 2010; 6:00 pm to 8:15 pm. ] This is the last official team practice of the spring 2010 semester. All team members will be given training schedules for the summer break, as we prepare for the 2010 – 2011 season and 2010 Longhorn Open.
Additionally, Coach will coordinate with all Junior World team members on summer training.

No Practice Apr 19-25, M – Su

[ April 19, 2010 to April 25, 2010. ] No practice Monday, April 19 – Sunday, April 25. Feel free to come in to the gym for some light recovery work, but be sure to get some rest and get caught up on your classes.

2010 Collegiate Nationals

[ April 15, 2010 to April 19, 2010. ]

2010 Collegiate Nationals will be held at the Hyatt Hotel at Orlando International Airport in Orlando, FL, and will be televised on ESPN U.

We will leave early Thursday, April 15, and return Monday, April 19. Complete schedule TBA.

Spring Break

[ March 13, 2010 to March 21, 2010. ] This is 5 weeks from Collegiate Nationals. Everyone qualified for Nationals will have a full training schedule over spring break. Practice will be held in the Rec for everyone who is staying in College Station–schedule TBA.

No Practice Today

[ March 21, 2010; ] Mar 21, Su–This is the last day of Spring Break and GRW is closed so no practice today. We will squat Monday, Bench Wednesday, Deadlift Thursday, and you’ll have a workout to complete on your own on Friday or Saturday.
