Spring Break
[ March 13, 2010 to March 21, 2010. ] This is 5 weeks from Collegiate Nationals. Everyone qualified for Nationals will have a full training schedule over spring break. Practice will be held in the Rec for everyone who is staying in College Station–schedule TBA.
No Practice Today
[ March 21, 2010; ] Mar 21, Su–This is the last day of Spring Break and GRW is closed so no practice today. We will squat Monday, Bench Wednesday, Deadlift Thursday, and you’ll have a workout to complete on your own on Friday or Saturday.
