Sophomore Taylor Garrett won Best Lifter and added more than 110 pounds to his total from the Longhorn Open just 4 months before.  And Shannon Eliasson (junior) competed in her first powerlifting meet.  She started lifting with us only two months ago, having never lifted weights before in her life.  She had a great meet, and both squatted and deadlifted 20 more pounds than she had ever touched before!
